2. Information, not an offer

The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not a binding offer, and it is not a guarantee of any particular result.

Workflow examples, timings and timelines on this website are illustrative. Actual performance, accuracy, availability, compatibility and suitability depend on the client’s systems, data, configuration and business processes. We do not guarantee any particular time savings, cost savings, revenue, efficiency, accuracy, uptime or other business results unless expressly agreed in a written client agreement.

3. No professional advice

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, cybersecurity or other professional advice.

4. Free tools

We offer free tools on this website, such as the Job Ad Checker. They are provided free of charge and as they are. We may change, limit or discontinue them at any time, and we may set usage limits, for example a number of checks per month.

Results are generated automatically, partly with AI. They can be incomplete or wrong, they are not legal advice, and they do not certify that a job ad complies with any law. Please review every result and suggested text before using it.

You are responsible for what you submit. Only submit content you are allowed to share, leave out personal data of individuals and confidential information, and don’t send automated or abusive requests.

Candidate matcher test. If you use the free matcher test, you may upload CVs only if you are allowed to share them with us for this assessment, for example because the candidates applied to your company. You remain responsible towards your applicants, including informing them where required. We use the CVs only to prepare your shortlist and delete them as described in the privacy policy. The shortlist supports your own judgement: you make every hiring decision, and you are responsible for making it fairly and lawfully.

We take care with this website, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that its content is always complete and current.
